The Gyreum is a partner in the E.U. wide Long Life Learning Programme: for Leonardo da Vinci, Erasmus and Grundtvig programmes. On site we host placements for LLP in Eco Energy/ Eco Build & Organic Horticulture.
A mix of on site and offsite work placements; we locate, manage and accommodate interns. Summer 2013 we will host participants for Leonardo da Vinci Programme from 3 June to 18 August. A maximum of 12 interns at any one time and we endeavour to assure that English is the lingua franca. Most of the work placements this summer will be at the Gyreum. Work projects for participants are held in tandem with courses the Gyreum is running across 2013 Summer in: wind turbine building, solar panel making, reed bed management, alternative building methods and insulation, making paints that are ecological yet good value to make.
